Established in 2001 with the goal of providing our clients with a friendly and uncomplicated Wills and estate planning service. Through careful planning we can establish what type of Will may be most suitable to your needs. We also help our customers in the areas of tax planning, Will trusts and Lasting Power's of Attorney. We want you to be sure that your affairs are looked after with care and always ensuring that your loved ones are aware of your requirements at the end of life.

Neal Astbury Founded Heritage Wills & Trusts in 2001 with the objective of making people aware of the problems of having no Will. After qualifying to become a professional Will Writer Neal set up Heritage Wills & Trusts with the aim of providing a quality, personal and professional Will writing service.
Sarah Kimbell Head of marketing and customer relations. She has over 20 years experience of Business, Account and Project Management with some of the worlds largest FMCG companies including Heinz, BAT and innocent drinks. She has a reputation for building strong personal and business relationships.
